Because it is a season for children, and their safety is our priority. All employees will receive a background check and references will be contacted. If your application is accepted by our head elf, we will be holding a simple audition in October. All elves and staff will be employed by the Christmas Factory. Pay is dependent upon experience. All employees will be expected to have proper, reliable transportation. All employees must be at least 16 yrs of age or older.
