Does Mrs. Claus’ bakery offer an alternative treat for allergies?

A.

We understand that many people have food allergies and sensitivities.  Cocoa the elf does have special chocolates and apple cider as alternatives to the cookies and hot cocoa. These will only be supplied upon request.

How long is a tour? They appear to be only 20 minutes.

A.

Each tour has an approx. run time of ONE HOUR.  Tours are scheduled in 20 minute intervals so that the tours can maintain an intimate experience with a maximum capacity of 30 guests.  Each guest has the same experience that is packed full of entertainment and excitement from beginning to end.

Can tickets be purchased at the gate?

A.

Tickets may be purchased at the red ticket booth.  Tours do have limited availability, to ensure you are able to attend your desired tour time it is encouraged to pre-book tickets online.

Can our party be late for a tour?

A.

Please be prompt! It is crucial to arrive at the front gate ticketing booth for check in 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Your personal elf will be waiting for you there to lead you into the first room of the tour. Although we value your experience with us, our tour schedule will be in continual operation without delay. If for any reason you are exceptionally late for your ticketed time your tickets are non-refundable.

Are there expectations for Respect?

A.

All attendees will be required to treat the property of the Alaska State Fair Grounds, the Christmas Factory, the actors, and all employees with respect. The Christmas Factory has the right to escort anyone in violation of this policy from the property, without a refund.

Is the State Fair responsible for personal damage or injury?

A.

The Christmas Factory along with the Alaska State Fair is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged property. Personal Injury The Christmas Factory, along with the Alaska State Fair, is not responsible for any injuries that occur while on the property.

Can we bring a pet?

A.

Pets Per the policy of the Alaska State Fair Grounds, no pets other than service dogs are allowed.

Does the Christmas Factory have handicap accommodations?

A.

Yes. There are handicap accessible ramps to each tour stop. Those in need will have assistance from the tour elves.

Is it a nonprofit organization?

The Christmas Factory is an LLC company. However, we are committed to contribute to helping local children in need.

Is the Christmas Factory locally owned and operated?

Yes! It is a Privately funded, local company.

Are tickets good for specific days or times?

A.

To ensure the best possible experience our tours have limited capacity early reservation is recommended for your desired tour time and date. You will be expected to attend your reserved ticketed time.

The 2018 holiday season was our first year of operation.

Why is my coupon code not working?

A.

Each coupon code has an expiration date, please inquire to ensure your code is current. The promotion code is located at the top of the tour time list after the calendar day has been selected.

Are you looking for vendors? Will there be vendor opportunities?

A.

Unfortunately no, we are a theatrical performance. There will not be outside vendors at our event, we are providing a full experience for the ticket price with no extra charges.

How far in advance should tickets be purchased?

A.

To ensure the best possible experience our tours have limited capacity. Early reservation is recommended for your desired tour time and date.

What are your upcoming events?

A.

The Christmas Factory is designed to be a live theatrical production where tickets are sold for each performance (tours). We operate through the Holiday Season, Thanksgiving to Christmas.

Are tickets refundable?

A.

Tickets are non-refundable. Although, we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If needed, a ticket can be exchanged one time for another available day and time.  Please contact customer service at elves@akchristmas.com to make any changes regarding rescheduling. There will be no refunds given for any reason other than severe inclement weather. This policy is necessary because of our status as a Live marketplace. When a purchase is confirmed, the seller removes the associated ticket from inventory. If, after purchase the buyer decides not to attend the event there will be no refund.

How do we receive tickets?

A.

Once you've purchased your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket code, along with a PDF printable ticket. Please have a copy of your ticket or your ticket code with you at ticket booth check in. Either a copy of your ticket, or your ticket number will allow entry.   *Do check the SPAM folder also, as our ticketing system is occasionally filtered to that folder.

Can an entire tour be reserved for my party?

A.

Private tour time options available for family, friend, or business events (up to 40 people). Email elves@akchristmas.com to check availability. *early booking required minimum of 25 tickets must be purchased.

Is there a military discount?

A.

Yes, we offer an active military discount. Tickets will be 10% off of the reservation . Please contact us via e-mail at elves@akchristmas.com to receive the current promotion code to enter at check out.  (can not be combined with any other offers)

Is there a children’s admission price?

A.

Children 2 years of age (Lap Child) and younger will be free of charge when accompanied with an adult. All other children ages 3 to 100 will be $28 per ticket. (prices may vary for special event days)

I didn’t receive my Photo with Santa. When are they received?

A.

All photos are directly e-mailed to you after they are taken. Occasionally there is an error in an e-mail address and they are not received. All photos are held for 48 hours. If there is an error in delivery, please notify elves@akchristmas.com as soon as you notice the error, as photos can be re-sent, but only within that 48 hour period.
