I didn’t receive my Photo with Santa. When are the received?
All photos are directly e-mailed to you after they are taken. Occasionally there is an error in an e-mail address and they are not received. All photos are held for 48 hours. If there is an error in delivery, please notify email@example.com as soon as you notice the error, as they can be sent only within that 48 hour period.
Is there a children’s admission price?
Children under 2 years of age (Lap Child) will be free of charge when accompanied with an adult. All other children ages 2-100 will be $28 per ticket. (prices may vary for special event days including Christmas Eve)
Is there a military discount?
Yes, we offer an active military discount. Tickets will be 10% off per ticket for the 1st four tickets purchased with military id. Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org (can not be combined with any other offers)
Can an entire tour be reserved for my party?
Private tour time options available for family, friend, or business events (up to 50 people). Email email@example.com to check availability. *early booking required minimum of 20 tickets must be purchased. Group tours of 6 or more people are able to apply coupon code EXPERIENCE4ALL at check out to receive a 20% off discount on their reservation.
How do we receive tickets?
Once you've purchased your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a code and PDF printable ticket. Please have a copy of your ticket or your ticket code with you at ticket booth check in. Either a copy of your ticket, or your ticket number will allow entry, along with a photo ID.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Although, we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If needed, a ticket can be exchanged one time for another available day and time. A charge of $5 per ticket will be made for each exchange. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to make any changes regarding rescheduling. There will be no refunds given for any reason other than severe inclement weather. This policy is necessary because our status as a Live marketplace. When a purchase is confirmed, the seller removes the associated ticket from inventory. If, after purchase the buyer decides not to attend the event.
What are your upcoming events?
The Christmas Factory is designed to be a live theatrical production where tickets are sold for each performance (tours). We operate from Thanksgiving to Christmas.

Are we looking for vendors?
Are vendor opportunities available? Unfortunately no, we are a theatrical performance. There will not be outside vendors at our event, we are providing a full experience for the ticket price.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Each coupon code has an expiration date please inquire to assure your code is current.
Is this your first year?
The 2018 holiday season was our first year of operation, although our design team has been providing magical experiences for years in the lower 48.

Pets Per the policy of the Alaska State Fair Grounds, no pets other than service dogs are allowed.

The Christmas Factory has the right to escort anyone in violation of this policy from the property, without a refund. Please be prompt! It is crucial to arrive at the front gate ticketing booth for check in 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Your personal elf with be waiting for you there to lead you into the first room of the tour. Although we value your experience with us, our tour schedule will be in continual operation without delay. If for any reason you are late for your ticketed time your tickets are non-refundable.
