The Yuletide Festival is an event located at the Alaska State Fairgrounds. The Alaska State Fair along with the creators of The Christmas Factory have worked together to create this one of a kind old fashioned Christmas celebration.
For the 2024 season, The Alaska State Fair and The Christmas Factory have offered this as an add on to evening tickets for The Christmas Factory tour. This is complementary to our evening tour visitors for this season only. All Evening tours will receive a voucher to attend upon check in for the event. (Because they are two separate events, Please note that The Yuletide Festival days of operation my be different than The Christmas Factory days of operation.)
The Alaska State Fair also offers an additional event, Bright up the Night drive through light display. Enjoy all the festivities this season to make it one you can definitely remember!

Please note that rescheduling your time is only available when there are times available. When the tickets are sold out this is not an option. Rescheduling is possible 48 hours before your scheduled tour time.

Tickets may be transferred by you to another guest or given as a gift. When tickets are transferred the new guest will need the original name and booking number to check in for the event.
In years past we have offered a live reindeer interaction. Unfortunately, when working with live animals there are risks in their unpredictable behaviors.
The Christmas Factory has made the decision that these temperamental behaviors create excessive amounts of stress and worry from both visitors and employees. The Factory strives to create an environment that is equal for all visitors. Because of this, we will no longer be having live animals at the event.
Don’t worry though! Everyone cares about Rudolf most of all so we will have a playful sighting from none other than Rudolf the red nose reindeer as he prepares for the big flight!
We understand that pricing can be an issue for some budgets. We strive for our event to be a high quality experience at the lowest cost possible. Because we have high standards for quality, this means that it is expensive to produce.

To ensure the best possible experience our tours have limited capacity early reservation is recommended for your desired tour time and date. You will be expected to attend your reserved ticketed time.
Tickets are non-refundable. Although, we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If needed, a ticket can be exchanged one time for another available day and time. Please contact customer service at elves@akchristmas.com to make any changes regarding rescheduling. There will be no refunds given for any reason other than cancelation by the event due to severe inclement weather. This policy is necessary because of our status as a Live marketplace. When a purchase is confirmed, the seller removes the associated ticket from inventory. If, after purchase the buyer decides not to attend the event there will be no refund.

Unfortunately no, we are a theatrical performance. There will not be outside vendors at our event, we are providing a full experience for the ticket price with no extra charges.

The Christmas Factory is designed to be a live theatrical production where tickets are sold for each performance (tours). We operate through the Holiday Season, Thanksgiving to Christmas.
Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket code, along with a PDF printable ticket. Please have a copy of your ticket or your ticket code with you at ticket booth check in. Either a copy of your ticket, or your ticket number will allow entry. *Do check the SPAM folder also, as our ticketing system is occasionally filtered to that folder.
Private tour time options are available for family, friend, or business events (up to 25 people. If there are more please enquire). Use discount code GROUPRATE when purchasing 25 tickets to receive 20% off your ticket price at check out to reserve the entire tour. Yes, we offer an active military discount. Tickets will be 10% off of the reservation. Please contact us via e-mail at elves@akchristmas.com to receive the current promotion code to enter at check out. (can not be combined with any other offers)
All photos are directly e-mailed to you after they are taken. Occasionally there is an error in an e-mail address and they are not received. All photos are held for 48 hours. If there is an error in delivery, please notify elves@akchristmas.com as soon as you notice the error, as photos can be re-sent, but only within that 48 hour period.
Children 2 years of age (Lap Child) and younger will be free of charge when accompanied by an adult. All other children ages 3 to 123 will be $30 (DAYTIME TOURS) $35 (EVENING TOURS), per ticket.
The Christmas Factory finds tremendous joy in creating an environment that is magical for all visitors. If you have special needs children, are in need of interpreters for those who are hard of hearing/deaf, or any other specific needs we are more than happy to arrange a tour for your group(s). All Santa letters and videos are not sent out until December 1st. If you purchased one before then don’t worry, Santa is working on making it special just for you.
Orders are no longer accepted after December 15th to ensure the mail will make it to you in time.
If you still have not received your letter and it is after Christmas we will happily refund you for the cost.
Unfortunately, some things our out of our control but we try our best to ensure a timely delivery.
Both Daytime and Evening tours include the full experience. Each guest receives the same Character interactions, Cookie, Hot Cocoa, Toy room keepsake, Naughty and Nice Declaration, as well as a Digital Photo with Santa.
The difference is that the daytime tours are in the daytime, and the evening tours are in the evening when the Christmas lights are shining brightly and the feeling of Christmas is abundant.
Daytime tour prices were created to compensate for those who would like to save a little money and still have the opportunity to enjoy the event.
